Purpose : Behcet’s disease is well known disease for a non-specific arterial and venous vasculitis. Specially in cardiac Behcet’s disease, dilatation of the proximal aorta, interatrial septal aneurysm, mitral valve prolapse, and mitral regurgitation are common findings. They usually need surgery, but unfortunately it is not rare that proximal and distal anastomotic aneurysm formation after a surgery. Recurrent surgical interventions increase the risk of mortality and morbidity.

Methods : We have a 34-year-old male patient who has aortic valve replacement due to aortic valve regurgitation 8 years ago and Bentall operation due to prosthetic valve dehiscence and aneurysmal change on sinus of Valsalva 6 years ago. Recently he felt a chest tightness and palpitation, we found a giant pseudo-aneurysm on anastomosis site in CT scan.

Results : Patient successfully underwent thoracic endovascular aneurysm repair with Hand-made stent-graft for a giant pseudo-aneurysm on an ascending aorta that juxta innominate artery.

Conclusion : If there is competent physician who can perform perfectly, we think false aneurysm after surgery could be treated by TEVAR with Hand-made stent graft.
