A case of tuberculosis complex diagnosed due to pneumothorax in association with lymphangioleiomyomatosis

Purpose : We reported in order to diagnosed and treatment of the clinical presentation and complication associated with Tuberous sclerosis with literature

Methods : We present in the case of a 25-year old female patient diagnosed with tuberous sclerosis combined right pneumothoras of life threatening complication.

Results : She developed spontaneous pneumothorax ruptures of multiple cyst due to lymphangioleiomatosis at a time

Conclusion : Tuberous sclerosis is a genetic multi-systen disorder characterized by wide spread inflammatory disorder in serveral organs.
